FAQ

Do you have any questions about our climbing park? Then you will find the right answers here!

Is a consent form required for children?

Yes, the terms of use must be accepted by a supervisor/legal guardian. Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult in the climbing forest. This person is responsible for supervising the child.

On the high courses, children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult. 6-9 year olds require an accompanying adult to climb the courses with them. One adult can accompany up to 2 children. For 10-11 year olds with a grip height of 165cm, accompaniment from the ground is also possible. In this case, one adult can accompany up to 6 children.

For children aged between 12 and 18 who wish to use our climbing forest without an accompanying adult, the terms of use must be accepted by the parents/guardians (when booking via our website). For children aged 12 and over with a minimum grip height of 165 cm, it is sufficient for a supervisor to be present in the climbing forest. Accompanying persons who are not the child's legal guardians must obtain their consent. This can also be done verbally. The same applies to children's groups. Here it is the responsibility of the group leader to obtain the consent of the parents.

Age restriction

Climbing is possible on the children's course from the age of 4. The course is between 1.2 and 2 m high. 4 and 5 year olds can be supported by adults from the ground. One adult can supervise up to three children. For 6-7 year olds, one adult can supervise up to 8 children.

From the age of 6, children are allowed on the high courses, but must be accompanied by an adult. An adult can accompany and support up to 2 children aged 6-9 on the course. For 10-11 year olds, the accompanying adult can also supervise from the ground (up to 6 children). Children up to the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult in the climbing forest. Children aged 12 and over with a minimum grip height of 165cm can also visit the climbing forest alone with a declaration of consent from their parents (booking via our website required).

What happens in bad weather?

If it only rains lightly, we will be open as normal and all bookings remain binding. If there is a thunderstorm, we unfortunately have to close the climbing forest and all bookings become invalid.

If you absolutely do not want to climb if it rains even a little (drizzle), then you can cancel or reschedule free of charge the afternoon before the appointment (in writing by email).

At least 75% of the bindingly booked belts must be paid for on the day!

What are the cancellation conditions?

A climbing booking can be changed or canceled free of charge up to 1 day before the appointment (in writing by email).

How long can i climb?

The action time is up to 150 minutes. This is divided into approximately 20 minutes of safety instruction and 130 minutes of climbing time. In principle, an extension of the climbing time is possible for an additional charge per person and 30 minutes. This cannot be booked in advance.

Do accompanying persons and spectators also have to pay?

If you don't climb, you don't have to pay anything, regardless of whether you're a spectator or an accompanying person.

What do i need to bring with me for climbing?

Climbing requires closed shoes and comfortable clothing that allows you to move easily. You are welcome to bring your own helmet (including bicycle helmets).
